Do you offer assembly upon delivery?

What is your return policy for custom furniture?
Because each item is made specially for you, custom orders cannot be returned once production starts. However, if there is a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace the product.

We accept online payment, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.
Full payment or partial payment is required to start production.
How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you’ll receive an order number. You can track your order on our website by entering this number — or contact us directly on WhatsApp for updates.

Yes, we partner with interior designers for projects, offices, and full-home designs.
How do I maintain and clean the furniture?
Each product includes simple, clear care instructions. Our materials are selected for durability and easy maintenance.
What happens if there's an issue after delivery?
If you notice any manufacturing or assembly issue, contact us immediately — we will fix or replace the affected part.
