All products are designed, built, and delivered directly to customers across Israel.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Will provide accurate and complete information when placing an order

We reserve the right to refuse any order if misuse, fraud, or commercial intent is suspected.

3. Products & Custom-Made Orders

Most items sold on Livano Home are custom-made, built specifically according to your selected size, color, or design.

Please note:


  • Colors, textures, and materials may appear slightly different on screen due to lighting or image quality.

  • Custom-made products are produced only after payment is received.

  • Production timelines vary and are listed on each product page.

4. Pricing


  • All prices on the website are displayed in ILS (Israeli Shekel).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order before production begins.

5. Payment

We accept:


  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Online secure payment

  • Cash (when applicable)

Full or partial payment is required to start production for custom-made items.

If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

All online payments are securely handled through trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe). Livano Home does not store or access full card details.

6. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive:

  • 1. Order
  • 2. Order number for tracking
  • 3. Updates on production and delivery status

You may track your order through our website or contact us directly on WhatsApp.

7. Delivery

We deliver furniture across Israel.


  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production, logistics, traffic, weather, or external factors.

  • Large items require elevator access.

  • If your building requires special equipment (e.g., external lift) due to size or restricted access, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost.

  • Delivery is free unless otherwise mentioned.

8. Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for:


  • Change of mind

  • Size selection mistakes

  • Color differences caused by screen or lighting variations

  • Customer’s incorrect measurements or accessibility issues

We accept returns only for verified manufacturing defects.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:


  • We will repair or replace the item

  • Pickup and redelivery will be at our expense

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Livano Home website—including images, designs, text, logos, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Livano Home.
It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Website Access & Use

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse or suspicious activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

Livano Home is not responsible for:


  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or conditions beyond our control

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse by customers

  • Accessibility limitations within buildings that prevent normal delivery

  • Losses resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer

The maximum liability for any claim is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in Israeli courts.
