At Livano Home, every piece is crafted with intention, precision, and a deep respect for the art of furniture-making. Because our products are individually made to order, each item is created specifically for you. Our goal is to deliver a seamless experience and a final piece you will truly love

1. Custom-Made Orders

All Livano Home furniture is produced upon order according to your selected size, fabric, and design.
For this reason, returns and refunds are not available for custom-made items.

2. Manufacturing Defects

In the rare event that a product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, we are committed to making things right.
You may request an inspection within 3 days of delivery.

3. Repair or Replacement

If a defect is confirmed by our quality team:


  • We will arrange pickup at no cost to you

  • Our craftsmen will repair the item or produce a replacement if needed

  • The corrected piece will be returned to you within 7 days from the collection date (Timing may vary slightly depending on complexity)

Our aim is always to ensure a smooth, effortless experience.

4. Condition Requirements

To qualify for repair or replacement:


  • The item must be in its original condition

  • No signs of misuse, dirt, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery

  • All accessories, cushions, or add-ons must be included

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Because each product is custom-made, the following are not considered valid reasons for return or refund:


  • Change of mind or choosing the wrong size/color

  • Slight variations in fabric color due to screen or lighting differences (We provide videos and real-life photos upon request before production)

  • Damage caused by improper use, lack of access to the building, or inaccurate delivery information

6. Delivery & Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the furniture can be delivered safely through entrances, stairways, or elevators.
If external lifting equipment or third-party tools are needed, the customer will arrange this independently.

7. How to Start a Claim

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect:

  • 2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos
  • 3. Our team will review and follow up promptly
