3. Delivery & Assembly

  Delivery is free across Israel.

  Assembly is free and performed inside your home by our professional team.

4. Accessibility Requirements

Many items are delivered assembled or in large sections. Customers must ensure accessible delivery paths. Please make sure that:

  Elevator dimensions are suitable, or
• 
  Staircases and hallways are wide enough, and
• 
  Entrances are clear and unobstructed

If assembly requires civil work or any modifications to walls or other parts of the home, the customer is responsible for managing this.

If unsure, our team can provide guidance before delivery.

5. Third-Party Lifting or Special Equipment

If access is restricted due to:

  Small or no elevator
• 
  Narrow staircases
• 
  Other access limitations

Special lifting tools or third-party services may be required. Any external lifting, crane, or special-access equipment is the customer’s responsibility.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To avoid delays or access issues, customers must:

  Provide accurate delivery details
• 
  Inform us if the elevator cannot fit the furniture
• 
  Ensure access to the home on delivery day
• 
  Notify us of any building rules or parking limitations

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or blocked access, additional delivery fees may apply.

7. Fast Delivery Option

Fast delivery may be available depending on production and logistics. If available, the cost is 300 ILS.
